Event Planning

We are happy to offer step by step assistance with one of our experienced event planners. We can guide you through the process as well as provide spectacular ideas and pricing. A formal Proposal or Contract along with our Terms & Conditions is then emailed, faxed or mailed to you for your review. It includes a detailed list of equipment including pricing, delivery and pick up information along with any other special instructions or handling.

To reserve your equipment, a deposit is needed along with a signed Proposal and Terms & Conditions page. We accept checks or credit cards. If you plan to pay via a credit card, a signed Credit Card Authorization form is required. Any balance is payable at the time of delivery or can be charged to your credit card on file unless stated otherwise in the Proposal.

As a safety measure, we are required to contact the local underground Utility Location Service which allows a tent to be staked into the ground. We need ample notice to notify them prior to a tent installation. It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate placement for customer installed water, gas and electric lines for a sprinkler system or swimming pool, gas grill or fireplace or septic system. We also comply with all municipal safety requirements and standards. Any special circumstances that may need attention should be discussed with your salesperson.

A site inspection may be scheduled prior to installations to determine the appropriate tent size and placement. We follow up with a CAD layout showing tent placement and interior layout if needed.

We are happy to offer our full attention along the way and make every effort to address any issues that may have developed.  A week prior to your event, we contact you for a thorough walkthrough of your Proposal, including quantities, colors and last minute changes.  Delivery is scheduled with consideration to weather, location and customer preferences.  If you are picking up the equipment, we will need a driver’s license along with a major credit card.

After the event, upon pick up, we walkthrough the site, removing all our equipment leaving the grounds in the same condition as we originally found it.
